As required by our secure bank payment gateways (supplied by Citbank, EBS & Paypal), we only request you for your billing name and address as mentioned in your credit card. All finanical transactions are processed by the payemnt gateways.
• Email invoices: We confirm all orders both in our website (once you complete the order process) & also by email invoices. Your invoices contain all details of your order including order no, date, billing name & address, shipment address, order amount, payment currency and details of products/servcies ordered.
• Payment/Transaction email confirmations: You also receive a transaction confirmation by email once you complete payment through our gateways which provide you with the status of payment, your order no & transaction no. Please retain these for your records.
• Online viewing of your orders & payment history: Additionally, you are provided with a control panel to view all your orders & payment history (once you login).
• The checkout & payment process: Please also read this page to understand our checkout process.
• Currency: All prices are in New Zealand Dollars. If you are from outside New Zealand, prices may also be displayed in US Dollars. All New Zealand credit/debit card holders can pay in New Zealand Dollars or use Net Banking. Cheques are also accepted as displayed in our order email confirmation.
• Refunds: Are available only if you cancel before setup is completed or goods are delivered. Once we have completed setup / delivery, please note that cancellations are not applicable and refunds will not be made. All our prices are highly discounted and therefore we request your understanding that refunds are not viable.
• Setup & Delivery Times: Setup on payment is normally within 1 working day and can extend to a week if customisation is required for your website. In case of software development projects, delivery is as per the time span agreed upon between the customer and Ponsonby Online.
• Privacy: We do not provide your information to any third party or agency.  We do not retain credit card information. All other personal information held by us are located in highly secure secure servers and are only available on this site for your shopping convenience.
