• Free trials, Cancellation, Refunds & Return Policy: You are free to cancel at any time. You will not be charged during the free trial. However, once the free trial is over, setup charges may apply for web stores, hotel booking systems, web design and custom development. Setup charges are non refundable. If you wish to cancel during the billing cycle, charges for that month will apply if under a monthly plan or that year if a yearly plan.
• Setup & delivery times: Setup on payment is normally within 2-3 working days and can extend to a week if design customisation is required for your website. In case of major software development projects, delivery is as per the time span agreed upon.
